As our first pop up event fast approaches, we just wanted to take some time to thank our incredible suppliers. Without these local businesses, we wouldn’t be able to open our doors to all you lovely people.

Besshill Farm Shop, our fantastic meat suppliers. These guys have gone above and beyond to support us. Their knowledge and willingness to adapt to support us has been out of this world. I cannot state enough, if you need meat for any occasion this is the place to go.

Simmons Fruit Sales, The lovely people at Simmons have supplied all of the fruit and vegetables that we use in our dishes. From salads to sides they have provided us with the freshest ingredients and have always gone out of their way to source our request.

Hidden Valley Pigs, The people that started us on this path. from our first butchery course years ago that gave us the confidence to handle larger pieces of meat, to supplying us with special breed pork when we asked and local produce to support our growing business.

Scape Goat Rum, Suppliers of not only a fantastic tipple, but a base for our Barbrook BBQ rum sauce. They have been incredible with their support not only on the produce side but also on teaching us how to organise an event, and showing us the who whats and whys of the local area.
